Praytell is a creative communications agency made up of strategic minds, spirited hearts and people with a strong instinctive recoil from anything remotely boring. We create culture-driven, integrated work that earns attention, sparks conversation and makes people… well, give a shit. But more than that, we’re a team of curious builders, thoughtful challengers and collaborative problem-solvers who believe the best work starts with a simple question: what if we?

What if we pushed the idea further? Solved the problem differently? Built something better?

Our work moves fast, evolves constantly and rarely fits neatly inside a box - which is exactly how we like it. The people who thrive here ask questions, chase ideas, spot opportunities and care enough to go beyond the brief. They don’t wait for a perfect roadmap or a tap on the shoulder - they’re energized by figuring things out, making things better and helping shape what comes next.

We hold ourselves to a high bar, but we’re not pretending to be a perfect agency filled with perfect people doing perfect work 100% of the time. We’re humans. Sometimes the work runs late. Sometimes the process is still being built. Sometimes there isn’t a policy, playbook or perfect answer for every little thing. What we do have is a genuine commitment to getting better - evolving how we work, support our people and build the kind of agency we want to be, together.

So that’s our promise to you. If curiosity drives you, ownership excites you and “what if we?” feels more like a life mantra than a question - we’d love to hear from you.

The Opportunity

As an Account Supervisor, Influencer Marketing, you will:

  • Lead influencer campaigns from start to finish with minimal oversight, leveraging support from junior team members as needed.
  • Serve as a day-to-day client contact, managing communications and fostering strong relationships with guidance from senior team members when needed.
  • Develop influencer casting criteria, review creator recommendations and provide strategic direction on talent selection.
  • Review and approve influencer content, providing clear and actionable feedback to creators and internal teams.
  • Lead or support whitelisting initiatives, with a strong understanding of paid media amplification and budget allocation strategies.
  • Own budget management across campaigns, partnering with Finance and ensuring all billing, forecasting and reconciliation information is accurately tracked and submitted.
  • Oversee campaign reporting efforts, including influencer tracking, Sprout Social management, FTC compliance QA, content archiving and development of client-ready reporting materials with minimal oversight.
  • Mentor and support junior team members through training, feedback and review of campaign deliverables.
  • Act as a trusted resource for colleagues across the agency, sharing influencer marketing expertise, best practices and industry insights.
  • Support the influencer strategy component of new business opportunities, helping shape recommendations and proposals with limited senior guidance.
  • Identify opportunities to improve team processes, tools and documentation, helping evolve how we work and scale.
  • This role is based in New York City and requires occasional travel for client meetings, team gatherings and agency events.
What You Bring
  • You have 5-6 years of experience in influencer marketing, digital partnerships, client service, communications or a related field, ideally within an agency environment.
  • You've managed clients, campaigns and influencer partnerships across a range of budgets, scopes and levels of complexity.
  • You're comfortable juggling multiple projects simultaneously while serving as a day-to-day partner to both clients and creators.
  • You're highly proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, with strong working knowledge of formulas, pivot tables and data analysis.
  • You can confidently lead creator contracting and negotiations and have a strong understanding of the nuances of influencer sourcing, casting and talent selection.
