CLA is currently seeking an Analyst to join our Spoke CAAS (Technology) group in our Madison, NYC, Baltimore, Chicago, Minneapolis, Tampa, Dallas, St. Louis, Sacramento, or Green Bay office.

Job Responsibilities:

 Client Service: Learns to handle multiple clients, software, and chart of accounts on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

 Day to Day Transactions: Processes Accounts Payable, Cash Disbursements, and Cash Receipts.

 Month End Processing: Completes non-complex account reconciliations (i.e. bank & credit card reconciliations).

 Other Quarterly or Annual Processing: Completes Form 1099s.

Job Requirements:

Accounting and financial experience is preferred.

High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

The wage range for this position is: $26.00 - 37.00.

Factors such as geography, experience, education, skills, and knowledge may impact position of pay within the range.
