Accounting Associate

Pacagen is a house of brands focused on disrupting consumer industries through
biotechnology-backed products built by our in-house research lab. We are actively
incubating new technologies in the immune, inflammation, and consumer health spaces. Our
first brand, Pacagen (pacagen.com), helps with allergies to pets and dust that >100K
customers use in our second year on the market. Our second brand, RE:YOU
(getreyou.com), is dominating the luxury haircare market and is already one of the fastest
growing brands ever after launching in July 2026.
We are a venture-funded startup and founded by experienced entrepreneurs who have built
and sold nine-figure businesses before. We are backed by some of the best venture firms in
the world (Maveron, Khosla Ventures, Mars, Imaginary Ventures) and are building a world-
class team together to transform the consumer health industry as we know it.
You’ll have the opportunity to help scale our finance operations working directly with our
senior leadership. The best candidate will have a proven track record for clear
communication and proactive problem-solving. You will be mentored by and working directly
with our co-founders who built and sold one of the fastest-growing science-backed beauty
brands ever. This role is for someone who actively enjoys working in a fast-paced
environment while taking on larger responsibilities within a rapidly growing organization.

Responsibilities:
● Manage expense reporting, supply chain invoices, and marketing budgets.
● Handle financial reporting to investors and collaborators.
● Proactively stay on top of and fix issues in our supply chain.
● Work on supply chain robustness for our retail launches and scaling.
● Other brand operations logistics.

Requirements:
● BS or BA in accounting, economics, finance, etc.
● Complete understanding of P&L accounting.
● Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
● Track record of high-quality work.
● Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
● Clear communication skills.
● Ability to multitask and adhere to deadlines.
● Doesn’t take good enough for an answer.
● Constantly trying to improve themselves.
