Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Receivable Specialist I (Provider Enrollment Administrative Assistant) to support our department in maintaining efficient operations and driving key administrative processes. This role is fully remote and requires strong organizational skills, comfort with deadlines, and the ability to support both team members and senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and maintain reports using Microsoft Excel and Word

  • Complete credentialing applications for various payors with high accuracy

  • Coordinate document signatures and communications between Directors and VP

  • Manage inter-office mail, scanning, and handling of confidential documents

  • Support department projects and assist with denial resolution and inventory tracking

  • Use Adobe Pro and internal portals for document and data management

Qualifications:

  • Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate's Degree and minimum 3 years relevant work experience required OR 5 years relevant work experience required if no degree (with High School Diploma requirements).

  • Prior experience supporting credentialing or healthcare administration strongly preferred.

  • Knowledge of internal LabCorp billing system strongly preferred

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), Adobe Pro, and online portals strongly preferred.

  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and communication skills strongly preferred.

  • Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines strongly preferred.

Application Window Closes: 1/21/2026

Pay Range: $15.00 - $18.00/hour

Shift: Monday - Friday; 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM EST (some flex time available).

All job offers will be based on a candidate’s skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data.
