The Acquisitions Director will manage a personal origination pipeline, advise clients, negotiate transactions, and contribute to strategic initiatives within the telecommunications and renewable energy sectors.

The Job
- Support team members to develop and maintain an individual customer pipeline in line with the company’s model.
- Own and manage your personal origination pipeline using curated data from initial engagement through executed closing.
- Serve as the primary advisor to prospective clients, building relationships and guiding them through the ground lease buyout process.
- Evaluate opportunities and structure preliminary terms directly with property owners.
- Maintain disciplined pipeline management to achieve defined monthly, quarterly, and annual origination targets.
- Contribute to strategic initiatives and product innovation to strengthen our competitive position.
- Develop deep expertise in the telecommunications and infrastructure investment industries.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university required or 4+ years of work experience in business to consumer (B2C) sales.
- Natural sales talent with strong business acumen.
- Exceptional negotiation skills.
- Experience negotiating transactions from sourcing through close.
- Familiarity with real estate closing processes.
- Familiarity with finance concepts such as IRR and NPV.
- Experience originating or developing within renewable energy, commercial real estate, mortgages, telecom, land acquisition, mineral rights acquisition.
