Barstool Sports is seeking an Ad Operations Intern to assist our Ad Operations team for the summer. The ideal candidate will assist in supporting pre and post sale responsibilities that include support for media planning, inventory management and campaign reporting. This internship runs from May 26 to August 28 and is based 100% in our New York office.
What You'll Do- Assist the Ad Operations team in executing and tracking client campaigns in our order management system.
- Help manage data entry and ensure that data pulls are being shared to proper stakeholders.
- QA campaign assets, ad copy, and show graphics to ensure accuracy and alignment with client specifications.
- Monitor campaign performance and compile post-campaign recap reports.
- Organize and track campaign assets, approvals, and timelines.
- Conduct research on industry trends and competitive brand activations.
- Work Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week, in-office (Friday remote)
- Rising Senior pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and presentation software.
- Passion for media, advertising, and brand partnerships.
Pay Rate: $17.00/hr
