About the Role
Bohler’s Manhattan, NY office is seeking an Administrative Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced, team-driven environment. In this role, you’ll provide essential administrative and project support to help deliver innovative land development solutions for clients throughout New York City.
What You’ll Do
- Prepare proposals, letters, reports, and correspondence from draft to client-ready
- Assist managers with project status updates, expense reports, and monthly accounting tasks
- File project documents, track tasks, and maintain accurate records in project management systems
- Support submissions to outside agencies, including assembling materials and managing deliverables
- Coordinate meetings, events, and travel logistics, including agenda creation and follow-up
- Prepare and assemble plans, reports, and map packages for internal and external use
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and clients to support timely project delivery

What You’ll Bring
- High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
- 3+ years of administrative experience supporting management-level staff
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); knowledge of Concur or CRM a plus
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-up skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
- Commitment to professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information

Pay Transparency
Actual compensation within this range will be determined based on factors such as skills, qualifications, and experience. The base pay range for this role is $23 – $29 per year.
