Seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our Middle Market Teams. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless execution of daily operations and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support for two Market Presidents within our Middle Market Group.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and conference calls; assist with travel arrangements and preparation of expense reports.
  • Prepare and format presentations, meeting agendas, and various business documents with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism.
  • Compile and distribute materials for weekly and monthly meetings, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Support team initiatives by gathering data and preparing spreadsheets and reports as needed.
  • Maintain and organize both electronic and physical filing systems to ensure efficient document retrieval and compliance.
  • Perform additional administrative duties and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in an administrative or executive support role, preferably in a corporate or financial services environment.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is required.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Demonstrated initiative, adaptability, and a collaborative approach to problem-solving.

The estimated salary range for this position is $30.00 HR to $40.00HR. Actual salary may vary up or down depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position is eligible for incentive compensation.
