Administrative Clerk

An administrative clerk is the backbone of office operations. They ensure businesses run smoothly by managing records, handling correspondence, organizing scheduling, and supporting staff with clerical tasks like data entry, filing, and customer service

Key Responsibilities
Data Entry & Record Keeping:Accurately input information into databases and maintain organized physical and digital filing systems.
Communications: Answer and route phone calls, manage email inquiries, and sort/distribute incoming and outgoing mail.
Scheduling: Coordinate appointments, reserve conference rooms, and maintain office calendars.
Inventory Management: Monitor office supplies, manage vendor relationships, and place orders to keep the office well-stocked.
Office Support: Assist with copying, scanning, and preparing reports, memos, or presentations
Essential Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or equivalent (some employers prefer an associate’s degree or coursework in business administration).
Tech Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and general comfort navigating office software and equipment.
Soft Skills: Strong organizational, multitasking, and verbal communication skills
