We are a multinational team working on projects in New York City and abroad. Altanova combines innovative thinking with a passion for technology and business in order to tackle complex projects that have a sustainable, positive impact for our clients, our society and the environment.
We are looking for an Administrative Manager responsible for the monitoring and analysis of company financials, including the development of measures and suggestions for future financial plans. Extremely versatile and proactive, you should be excited by the idea of diving deep into financial data and zooming out onto broader strategic ideas to be presented to the leadership team to facilitate informed and efficient business decisions. You should be comfortable with taking on larger operational challenges, while also handling day-to-day tasks. 
You will also be responsible for leading initiatives to improve process efficiency, team performance, productivity, and company profitability. This will also involve maintaining a productive office environment and therefore requires the versatility to handle tasks big and small on a regular basis.
Responsibilities:

  • Analyze Altanova’s economic performance including costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and other related data. Compare the actual results to the business plans.
  • Explore financial information and develop measures to optimize Altanova's profitability, operating budgets and financial health & stability.
  • Perform ongoing evaluation of Altanova’s overall performance by gathering, analyzing and interpreting data and metrics
  • Work together with executives and managers to make decisions for operational activities and set strategic goals.
  • Perform ongoing evaluations of the efficiency of business procedures and operation systems according to organizational objectives and apply improvements.
  • Work to support the achievement of company’s strategic and operational objectives.
  • Monitor daily business activities to ensure smooth and consistent progress.
  • Maintain a productive office environment for the team.

Qualifications:

  • Developed experience with business and financial procedures, including budgets, forecasting etc.
  • Excellent understanding of organizational effectiveness and operations management
  • Good practical knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, or other relevant area; MSc or MA degree will be a bonus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven track record of attention to detail
