Join our growing team at Vetcove, and help us transform how veterinarians buy the supplies they need to keep America's pets healthy. Vetcove's eCommerce and mobile platforms enable veterinary practices to compare and buy from all of their vendors in one place. We’re a growing team on a mission to modernize the $50B+ animal health industry. • On-Site Event Support: Be present during events to provide on-the-ground support for setup, registration, attendee needs, and troubleshooting.

  • Post-Event Reporting: Collect feedback from attendees, assist with data analysis, and contribute to post-event evaluations to help improve future events.

  • Internal Communication: Collaborate with HR, Marketing, IT, and other teams to ensure internal events align with company culture and goals.

  • Administrative Tasks: Maintain event records, assist with travel arrangements, and manage attendee RSVPs.

Skills & Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree

  • Experience: 1+ years of experience in event planning, project management, or administrative tasks is a plus.

  • Strong Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with internal teams, vendors, and event participants.

  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using basic office software (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace) and event management tools (e.g., Eventbrite, Zoom, etc.).

  • Problem-Solving: Ability to think on your feet and address issues that arise during event planning or execution.

  • Team Player: Willingness to collaborate and work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Why You’ll Love It Here:
