We are seeking a highly skilled Adobe Workfront Administrator to oversee, optimize, and maintain our company’s Workfront instance. Our organization has a complex configuration, and this role will play a critical part in ensuring the platform is aligned to our business needs, scalable for growth, and user-friendly across teams. Within this role, you will collaborate with our parent agency as part of a larger Workfront ecosystem to ensure governance standards are upheld and the holistic ecosystem remains intact.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Own day-to-day administration of Workfront, including user management, permissions, templates, custom forms, reports, and dashboards
  • Configure and maintain complex workflows, approval processes, and project templates to reflect business requirements
  • Manage integrations with related tools (e.g., Adobe Experience Cloud, DAM, Slack, MS Teams, Jira, etc. as applicable)
  • Ensure system performance, data integrity, and compliance with governance policies
  • Partner with business stakeholders to assess needs and translate them into Workfront solutions
  • Maintain governance standards and documentation to ensure consistent use of the platform
  • Audit system configurations, permissions, and user activity to ensure compliance and efficiency
  • Provide training, documentation, and ongoing support for users at all levels
  • Act as the subject matter expert and evangelist for Workfront best practices
  • Gather user feedback and champion continuous improvements to workflows and usability
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards for stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership
  • Provide insights into resource utilization, project performance, and operational efficiency

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

  • 4+ years of hands-on Workfront administration experience in a complex configuration environment
  • Proven ability to configure Workfront objects including portfolios, programs, templates, custom forms, reports, and dashboards
  • Strong understanding of project and resource management concepts
  • Experience supporting a large user base with varying levels of expertise
  • Familiarity with integrations between Workfront and other enterprise systems (Adobe Experience Cloud, Jira, DAM, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to partner with stakeholders and translate needs into technical solutions
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills; detail-oriented with a focus on data integrity

NICE TO HAVE

  • Adobe Workfront Core/Advanced Administrator Certification
  • Experience within creative agencies or marketing firms 
  • Experience within [insert relevant industry if applicable, e.g., consumer goods, financial services, creative/marketing operations]
  • Knowledge of API integrations or Workfront Fusion a plus

The target range of base compensation for this role is $100,000 - $140,000. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and location.
