Position Title: Sales Planner

Reports to:  VP, Sales Planning

Position Summary: The Sales Planner is responsible for handling the day-to-day activities for their assigned Account Executives. This position reports to our NYC office in person, Monday-Thursday with the option to work from home on Friday.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for managing all accounts for their assigned AEs from start to finish.
  • Fulfill all Requests for Proposals as requested by clients
  • Book all client campaigns in SVMs traffic and inventory system
  • Maintain CPM history for clients
  • Create and maintain all contracts for booked business
  • Work as a liaison between your AE’s and inter office departments; Campaign Management, Exhibitor Relations, Creative Services and Finance.
  • Track campaign progress by creating and monitoring Pre-flights, Mid-flights and Post-flights
  • Be a point of contact for your Account Director’s clients when needed.
  • Serve as first point of back-up for all Planners.
  • Responsible for performing projects and tasks as assigned by Director, Sales Planning.

Qualifications

  • Must have a Bachelors Degree.
  • At least 2 years media industry experience required
  • Knowledge of sales processes, CPM’s and inventory management a must
  • Knowledge of Excel, Power Point and Word required.
  • Ability to learn and work in multiple inventory & scheduling systems
  • Must have the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment  
  • Must have ability to work under strict deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills required
  • Must have the ability to deal with all levels within the organization

Salary: $50,000 USD Annually + Benefits 
The referenced salary range is based on the Company's good faith belief at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as geographic location, work experience, market conditions, education/training and skill level.
