The Role

Farther is growing fast, and the advisors who join us are a big reason why. As an Associate on our Advisor Business Development team, you'll start conversations with financial advisors who are ready for a better platform and help move them from first call to signed. It's a high-volume outbound role with real upside for people who love the phone, own their numbers, and want to grow their career at a fast-scaling fintech.

Your Impact

  • Run daily outbound prospecting to financial advisors by phone, email, and LinkedIn
  • Build and manage your own pipeline, keeping the CRM clean and your forecast honest
  • Run discovery calls to understand an advisor's practice, goals, and timing
  • Partner with senior teammates to move qualified advisors toward a signed agreement
  • Hit and exceed monthly activity and pipeline targets

The Ideal Match

  • 2+ years of sales or recruiting experience
  • A track record of meeting or exceeding quota
  • You enjoy cold calling and building pipeline from scratch
  • Motivated by variable comp, with clear goals for your career and earnings
  • Bachelor's degree

Bonus Points

  • Experience in financial services, wealth management, or fintech
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce or HubSpot
  • Familiarity with how financial advisors run and grow their practices
