Position Summary:
Cerity Partners is seeking a high-performing, relationship-driven professional to join the Cerity Partner’s Growth Office Team as an Advisor Growth & Lead Conversion Manager. In this mid-level role, you will serve as the critical bridge between our advisor population and the broader organization — championing advisor success, elevating performance standards, and ensuring the ongoing evolution of the metrics and frameworks that define excellence within our platform.

The ideal candidate brings deep fluency in the wealth management industry — across RIA, wirehouse and hybrid advisory models, as well as B2B2C programs serving corporate clients — and excels at building trust-based relationships with advisors at all levels. You will be equally comfortable analyzing performance data and delivering candid, constructive feedback with empathy and professionalism.

Primary Responsibilities:
Advisor Relationship Management
•    Host and facilitate recurring monthly one-on-one and group meetings with advisors to review performance results, identify trends, and address challenges in a structured and supportive setting.
•    Serve as the primary point of contact between the advisor population and the program management team, ensuring clear, timely, and consistent communication flows in both directions.
•    Build trust-based relationships with advisors, delivering difficult performance feedback and remediation guidance with professionalism, discretion, and genuine care for advisor development.
•    Escalate systemic advisor challenges to program leadership while advocating for appropriate support, resources, and solutions.
Performance Oversight & Improvement
•    Monitor individual and aggregate advisor performance against established program metrics, identifying areas of strength and opportunity with a data-driven approach.
•    Collaborate with advisors to develop and execute targeted improvement plans for underperforming areas, tracking progress and adjusting strategies as needed.
•    Curate and disseminate best practices across the advisor community, facilitating peer learning and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Program Metrics & Framework Evolution
•    Continuously evaluate and refine performance metrics, benchmarks, and evaluation criteria based on program learnings, advisor feedback, and shifting business priorities.
•    Partner with program management leadership and internal stakeholders to align performance standards with overall firm strategy and client outcomes.
•    Contribute to the development of reporting tools, dashboards, and communication templates that support transparent and consistent performance management practices.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
•    Act as a trusted liaison between advisors and internal teams including compliance, operations, technology, and product — ensuring advisor needs and feedback are represented in key program decisions.
•    Participate in program planning, strategy sessions, and advisor-facing events as a subject matter expert on performance and engagement.
•    Support onboarding and integration of new advisors into the program, establishing performance baselines and setting expectations from day one.

Required Qualifications:
•    5–8 years of experience in the wealth management industry, with direct exposure to wirehouse, RIA, and/or hybrid advisory business models.
•    Demonstrated experience working within or alongside B2B2C programs, including corporate-focused or employee benefits-driven advisory models.
•    Proven ability to manage advisor or client relationships with a high degree of emotional intelligence, particularly when delivering constructive or difficult feedback.
•    Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data, identify patterns, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
•    Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to facilitate productive meetings and prepare clear, professional performance reports.
•    Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving program environment with ambiguity and competing priorities.
•    Willingness and ability to travel up to 30% of the year to meet with advisors and attend program events across multiple locations.

Preferred Qualifications:
•    Prior experience in a performance management, relationship management, or field consultant role within a wealth management platform or asset management firm.
•    Familiarity with advisor practice management frameworks, productivity metrics, and compensation or fee structures common to RIA environments.
•    Experience contributing to the design or evolution of KPIs, scorecards, or performance evaluation frameworks.

Skills & Competencies:
•    Relationship & Stakeholder Management — builds credibility and rapport with advisors and internal teams alike; earns trust through consistent follow-through and transparency.
•    Constructive Communication — delivers difficult messages with empathy and clarity; skilled at balancing candor with advisor motivation and morale.
•    Analytical Thinking — draws meaningful insights from performance data to inform coaching conversations and program design decisions.
•    Adaptability — embraces change and helps others navigate it; comfortable iterating on processes and metrics as the program evolves.
•    Industry Acumen — brings informed perspective on advisor business models, client dynamics, and competitive landscape across wealth management segments.

Compensation Range:
$150,000 - $250,000
