Advisor, Product Marketing GTM

Team: Product Marketing — FedEx Digital Solutions
Level: Advisor
Location: Remote / Candidates must be a United States citizen, residing in the U.S.

About the Team

FedEx Digital Solutions is focused on building and bringing technology, data and digital products to market for customers across industries. The Product Marketing team plays a critical role in translating product capabilities into clear market narratives, differentiated positioning, sales enablement and customer-facing stories.

As the Digital Solutions portfolio continues to grow, the team needs stronger structure around how products and features move from product handoff to market launch. This role will help create that structure, ensuring Product Marketing has the information, alignment and cross-functional support needed to bring products to market with greater clarity, consistency and speed.

About the Role

The Advisor, Product Marketing GTM will manage the Product Marketing go-to-market process for new products, features and enhancements from intake through launch support.

This role will serve as the primary GTM process lead, partnering across Product, Commercial, Sales Enablement, Brand/Legal, Digital Marketing and Operational Product Readiness to keep launch work organized, accountable and moving forward.

The goal is to give Product Marketing the structure, information and cross-functional alignment needed to focus on messaging, positioning, narrative development, competitive strategy and sales enablement. Success requires someone who is highly organized, proactive and collaborative — someone who can bring clarity to ambiguity, manage complex work, ask the right questions and help move products from readiness to market.

Key Responsibilities

Manage Product Marketing GTM Readiness

  • Own the Product Marketing GTM process for new products, features and enhancements from intake through launch support.
  • Manage timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks and next steps across cross-functional teams.
  • Maintain launch plans, readiness trackers, intake templates and process documentation to improve speed, clarity and consistency.

Lead Product Intake and Readiness

  • Partner with Product teams to ensure solution briefs, demos and product inputs are complete, accurate and actionable.
  • Ensure PMMs have the core information needed to develop messaging and collateral, including product details, ICP inputs, competitive intel, pricing guidance, customer pain points and commercial context.
  • Coordinate with Product and Operational Product Readiness to support launch readiness and move required inputs forward.

Drive Cross-Functional Alignment

  • Serve as the central GTM connector between Product Marketing and partner teams, including Product, Legal, Brand, Pricing, Commercial, Sales Enablement, Content Marketing and Growth Marketing.
  • Keep stakeholders aligned on launch status, open questions, risks, decisions and next steps.
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships that improve communication, accountability and execution.

Support Sales and Marketing Activation

  • Support internal readiness moments, including launch reviews, stakeholder meetings and enablement handoffs.
  • Help ensure Content, Growth and other downstream teams have the information needed to activate campaigns and customer-facing efforts.

Build Scalable GTM Processes

  • Establish repeatable workflows that improve how Product Marketing supports launches across the portfolio.
  • Use project management tools to create visibility, accountability and consistency.
  • Track recurring blockers and process improvement opportunities as the Digital Solutions portfolio grows.

Qualifications

  • 5–7+ years of experience in go-to-market, product marketing, marketing operations, product operations, sales enablement, launch management or cross-functional program management.
  • Experience managing complex, cross-functional work across multiple teams, stakeholders and timelines.
  • Strong project management skills, including timeline management, dependency tracking, risk identification and follow-through.
  • Proven ability to create structure, improve workflows and drive clarity in ambiguous or fast-moving environments.
  • Ability to influence without direct authority and drive accountability across teams.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities at once.
  • Experience with project management tools such as Monday.com, Notion, Jira, Smartsheet or similar platforms.
  • Familiarity with B2B technology, SaaS, logistics, ecommerce, data products or enterprise software preferred.
  • Understanding of product launch frameworks, GTM planning, sales enablement, campaign activation and how messaging/positioning materials are developed.

What Success Looks Like

  • Product Marketing has a clear and consistent intake process for new products, features and enhancements.
  • PMMs spend less time chasing information and more time focused on messaging, positioning, strategy and storytelling.
  • Launches have defined owners, timelines, dependencies and approval paths.
  • Cross-functional teams are aligned earlier in the process.
  • Content, Growth and Sales Enablement teams receive the information they need to activate on time.
  • Product Marketing has stronger visibility into what is launching, when it is launching and what is needed to be ready.
  • Launch blockers are identified, addressed and escalated before they delay execution.
  • GTM workflows become more repeatable, scalable and easier to manage.

Who You Are

We are looking for someone who is as strong in how they work as they are in what they deliver.

You are someone who:

  • Brings a positive attitude and assumes good intent.
  • Communicates early, clearly and often.
  • Asks questions when something is unclear and stays curious until the team has the right answer.
  • Takes ownership when something needs to be solved.
  • Does not operate with a "not my problem" mindset.
  • Is comfortable being assertive while maintaining strong working relationships.
  • Creates clarity without creating unnecessary bureaucracy.
  • Builds trust through follow-through, transparency and accountability.
  • Shows up prepared, engaged and present.
  • Knows when to push, when to listen and when to escalate.
  • Stays resilient when priorities shift, timelines change or launches get messy.
  • Makes the teams around them more effective.

Why Join

This role is an opportunity to help define how Product Marketing operates and scales within FedEx Digital Solutions. You will have a direct hand in building the GTM process that supports product launches, improves cross-functional collaboration and enables stronger product storytelling.

For someone who enjoys creating structure, connecting teams and helping complex work move faster, this role offers meaningful ownership and visibility across Product Marketing, Product, Commercial, Sales Enablement and Marketing.
