The Role

We're looking for an Affiliate Marketing Manager, Sports to own and scale Polymarket's sports affiliate channel. This person will be responsible for building and managing relationships with sports-focused affiliate partners — from outreach and negotiation to performance optimization across both our US and international programs.

What you'll do
  • Own and grow Polymarket's sports affiliate program across US and international markets.

  • Leverage an existing network of sports affiliate contacts to drive immediate publisher outreach and deal flow.

  • Negotiate pricing, commission structures, and partnership terms with sports-focused affiliates and media partners.

  • Analyze traffic quality and optimize partner mix based on CPA, FTDs, LTV, and ROI.

  • Manage day-to-day relationships with affiliate partners, ensuring performance targets are met.

  • Collaborate with the Publisher Integrations and Growth teams to align sports campaigns with broader acquisition strategy.

  • Produce regular performance reporting and insights for leadership.

What we're looking for
  • 3+ years in affiliate marketing within the sports industry

  • Existing network of sports affiliate and publisher contacts — able to make immediate outreach on day one.

  • Proven track record driving first-time depositors (FTDs) at scale through sports affiliate channels.

  • Experience with affiliate tracking platforms (Impact, CJ, etc.)

  • Deep understanding of CPA, rev-share, hybrid deals, traffic quality analysis, and attribution models.

  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.

  • Data-driven mindset with comfort in dashboards, analytics, and cohort tracking.

  • Deep passion for sports — you follow the games, understand the landscape, and know how to translate live moments into affiliate campaigns.

Nice to Have
  • Experience managing both domestic and international affiliate programs simultaneously.

  • Familiarity with prediction markets, trading platforms, or fintech products.

  • Background at a sports media company or odds aggregator.
