As an Affiliate Marketing Manager, you will help shape our partner growth across North America.
The Affiliate Marketing function develops and manages Business-to-Business (B2B) commercial relationships that support our growth across North America. This role focuses on building strong partner relationships and using commercial judgement to help shape performance in a complex and evolving market.
It requires analytical thinking, market awareness and the confidence to work closely with partners and internal stakeholders. The role also plays an important part in improving the wider affiliate offering across the region.
The salary range for this role is $100,000 - $150,000 annually.
Qualifications- Proven experience building and managing B2B commercial relationships.
- Strong background in affiliate marketing.
- Experience in a sports or gambling business is preferred.
- Experience leading and developing team members.
- Proven ability in securing positive commercial agreements.
- Strong understanding of the North American sports market.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills, with the ability to use a range of data insights tools and sources.
- Strong understanding of the company’s product suite and offering across each market.
- Ability to partner with stakeholders across various departments and roles.
- Awareness of affiliate platforms, tracking and reporting tools, with experience using a range of data insight tools and sources.
- Proactively identifying and capitalizing on growth opportunities through new and existing B2B commercial partnerships.
- Leading a team of associates including delegation of work, professional development, and instilling best practices.
- Overseeing and negotiating contracts for key North American marketing partners.
- Reporting performance results back into the wider marketing team and liaising with internal departments to ensure partners receive optimum levels of service.
- Influencing the business approach to North American markets through proactive involvement in departmental projects and objectives.
- Ensuring partner compliance across multiple territories to protect partner interests.
- Sharing local insights to improve the company’s product and offering in North America.
- Implementing the group marketing strategy in line with key business objectives.
- Supporting asset creation and improving the affiliate website and platform to strengthen reporting for our partners.
- Representing the business externally at key B2B and partner events and meetings.
