About Polymarket

Polymarket is the world's largest prediction market platform. We enable individuals to express views on real-world events by trading on outcomes across politics, economics, sports, culture, and current affairs. Built as a peer-to-peer marketplace with no centralized "house," Polymarket aggregates diverse opinions into transparent, market-based probabilities that reflect collective expectations about the future.

We're growing fast — both in terms of volume ($21B traded in 2025) and adoption as an alternative news source. Our ambition is to become a ubiquitous beacon of truth in global media and we need your help adding fuel to the fire.

About the Role

Polymarket is hiring an Affiliate Marketing Manager to run the day-to-day of our affiliate program and grow it. You'll own the operational core of the channel: standing up new partners, creating and managing promo codes, keeping payments accurate and on time, and making sure our tracking, dashboards, and daily reporting tell a clear story about what's working. You'll also be prospecting constantly — finding new affiliates across SEO, media buying, creator/influencer, and DSP-driven traffic, and bringing them onto the platform.

This is a hands-on role. You'll live in Impact and AppsFlyer, work directly with partners, and be responsible for making sure every affiliate we work with stays inside the lines. Prediction markets are a regulated space, and compliance enforcement and tracking are part of the job, not an afterthought.

What You'll Do
  • Create and manage promo codes across partners and campaigns

  • Handle day-to-day account management for our affiliate roster

  • Prospect, pitch, and onboard new affiliate partners

  • Own affiliate payments end to end

  • Manage our dashboards in Impact and our internal tooling

  • Deliver daily performance reporting

  • Enforce and track compliance across all affiliate activity

What We're Looking For
  • 1–2 years in affiliate marketing, preferably in sports betting or real-money gaming; finance, tech, or politics also welcome

  • Strong knowledge of sports and prediction markets

  • Hands-on experience with Impact and other affiliate marketing platforms

  • Working knowledge of AppsFlyer, including P360 and OneLinks

  • Familiarity with the full range of affiliate channels: SEO, media buying, creator/influencer, and DSPs

  • Proficiency with linking and tracking tech

  • A self-starter who can run independently

  • (Plus) An existing book of affiliate relationships you can bring onto the platform

Benefits
  • Competitive salary & equity

  • Unlimited PTO

  • Full Health, Vision, & Dental coverage

  • 401k match

  • Hardware setup: new MacBook Pro, big display, & accessories

Pay Transparency

Base salary range: $100,000 to $140,000 annually, plus equity and benefits.

This range reflects a good-faith estimate for this position. Experience levels vary widely within a title here, so please reach out even if your expectations fall outside it. We're always happy to chat.
