WHO IS AIR CHARTER SERVICE

Our Cargo Charter services consists of humanitarian relief, dangerous goods, animal transportation and pharmaceutical transport.  

Our Cargo team manages the full sales cycle, so all our clients have to do is board their freight! Our team focuses on providing high quality customer service and making a special effort to ensure your client’s chartering requests are handled as quickly as possible!

ACS New York is seeking an individual who has proven experience and skills in promoting value through customer service, ability to foster long-lasting client relationships and is interested in going the extra mile. 

Job Description

A DAY IN THE LIFE

  • Building relationships with Cargo Operators to ensure access to the widest range of aircraft available to provide solutions for our customers
  • Maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
  • Working to sales target meeting financial objectives
  • Ability to demonstrate expert understanding of the aircraft and chartering process
  • Manage charter bookings from enquiry to completion
  • Receiving inbound requests for urgent charters virtually 24/7
  • Present bespoke quotes to customers demonstrating good commercial acumen
  • Flight watching/overseeing flight departures (this might be unsociable hours

SCHEDULE

  • Monday to Friday: 8pm to 4pm (flexibility required)

    PAY AND BENEFITS

    • Base salary: $65,000K USD + 10% uncapped commission
    • 20 days in PTO for each year plus paid sick time
