About Your Role:
Affinity Solutions is seeking an experienced Agency and Platform Sales Executive to drive revenue growth by selling directly to agencies, brands, and media platforms. This role is ideal for a sales professional with 7–10 years of experience in Ad Tech, Mar Tech, Ad Measurement, Media Agency or Agency sales who thrives at the intersection of commerce data, measurement, and outcomes-based marketing.
The successful candidate will bring a strong network across media agencies and platforms, a consultative selling approach, and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.

Your Contributions:
Sales and Business Development

  • Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy targeting agencies, holding companies, brands, and digital platforms.
  • Own the full sales cycle—from prospecting and qualification to pitch, negotiation, and close.
  • Drive adoption of Affinity’s Consumer Purchase Insights (CPI), Consumer Purchase Lift (CPL), and Audience solutions within key agency and platform accounts.
  • Partner closely with marketing, analytics, and product teams to develop tailored solutions that address client objectives.
  • Maintain a disciplined pipeline in CRM, with accurate forecasting and clear action plans for each stage of the sales process.

Agency and Platform Engagement

  • Build strong relationships with agency trading desks, measurement leads, and data strategy teams, as well as with platform partnership managers.
  • Collaborate on joint marketing, training, and enablement initiatives with agencies and DSPs.
  • Educate clients on the value of purchase-based measurement and help them transition from proxy metrics (e.g., clicks, installs) to outcome-based KPIs.

Partnership and Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work in close alignment with Affinity’s Product, Analytics, and Partnerships teams to ensure client success and renewals.
  • Provide market feedback to inform roadmap priorities and identify partnership opportunities that expand distribution or data access.
  • Support the development of case studies, success stories, and vertical playbooks to scale learnings across accounts.

Your Qualifications:

  • 7–10 years of experience in advertising, media, or data sales, ideally at an Ad Tech, Mar Tech, Ad Measurement, Media Agency or Agency sales or data-driven media company.
  • Proven success selling to media agencies, platforms, or large brands.
  • Strong understanding of programmatic media, audience targeting, measurement, and clean room environments.
  • Consultative sales mindset with demonstrated ability to translate technical capabilities into business outcomes.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-starter who can operate independently in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM (Salesforce preferred), PowerPoint/Google Slides, and data visualization tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience selling data or measurement products (e.g., outcomes-based marketing, attribution, or clean room solutions).
  • Established relationships with holding companies, DSPs, or major digital platforms.
  • Familiarity with verticals such as Retail, QSR, Financial Services, or Travel.
  • Comfort navigating complex deal structures and multi-partner integrations.
