  • Communicate program updates, decisions, risks, and outcomes to senior client leadership with clarity and precision.
  •

Execution, Delivery & Value Realization

  • Identify cross‑workstream dependencies, proactively manage risks, and remove delivery obstacles using structured issue‑resolution approaches.
  • Implement and monitor key performance indicators and value‑realization metrics to measure Agentic AI ROI and broader program impact.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 8-10+ years of program or project management experience delivering large‑scale transformation initiatives within financial services or technology firms

  • Proven ability to work effectively across business, technology, risk, and compliance teams.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, especially with senior stakeholders.

  • Expert level experience in program planning, governance, risk management, and reporting.

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to assess processes for AI feasibility and ROI.
