What you’ll do
Foster an environment of successful delivery and continuous improvement
Help teams with challenges related to how they work and interact together
Coach individuals, as needed, in areas like professional growth and interpersonal interactions (including conflict resolution)
Facilitate group sessions such as retrospectives, conflict resolution, decision making, team and project kick-offs.
Be effective in influencing individuals and groups
You raise issues early and often to model the value of early problem detection
Work from our office in New York City
You are experienced working in and with Agile teams
You having experience applying concepts and techniques from multiple agile approaches including Extreme Programming, Lean and Scrum
You have a deep understanding of communication, group dynamics and coaching
You care about learning new things and applying them in a practical way
