Role Overview: 

The Senior Sales Representative is responsible for carrying out all sales and marketing activities in the territory to maintain, develop, and grow the overall sales volume and profitability. Must live in the actual territory.

 

A Sample of What You’ll Do in this Role: 

  • Plan and organize sales activities and customer/prospect contact to achieve business goals. 

  • Plan and develop dealer/distributor network in the territory. 

  • Motivate dealers and distributors to promote our portfolio of products and services. 

  • Educate growers, dealers, and distributors on new products. 

  • Conduct direct farm visits to promote and sell our portfolio of products. 

  • Sell, help install, and service fertilizer application equipment. 

  • Sell fertilizer product storage tanks. 

  • Deliver fertilizer, parts, equipment, and storage tanks to dealers and farmers. 

  • Conduct grower meetings to promote the use of our products. 

  • Attend farm shows to promote the use of our products and services. 

  • Locate and develop test plot locations to support the research & development program. 

  • Manage and collect accounts receivable to keep receivables current. 

 

What You Bring to The Role: 

  • Deep working knowledge of local crops and market practices  

  • Ability to provide clear direction and motivate individuals and teams 

  • Excellent presentation skills  

  • Proficient working with the Microsoft Office Suite

Compensation and Benefits: 

  • The base compensation for this position ranges from $81,300 - $119,300. Note that wages may vary based on location, skills, and experience.
