Role Overview

At DataSnipper, we’re hiring an AI-driven Content & Campaign Operations Specialist to help execute and scale our content and webinar programs using AI-powered workflows. This role is equal parts campaign operator, AI systems builder, and content multiplier.

You’ll own the end-to-end execution of webinars and supporting content while using AI to improve speed, consistency, and reuse across campaigns. This is an execution-focused role that partners closely with Content, SEO, Demand Generation, and Product Marketing to ensure every program delivers measurable impact.

What you’ll do

Webinar & Campaign Execution

  • Own execution of live and on-demand webinars from planning through follow-up

  • Manage timelines, speaker coordination, abstracts, and landing page content

  • Partner with Demand Gen on promotion, reminders, and post-event nurture

  • Ensure webinars launch on time and align to campaign goals

AI-Driven Content Operations

  • Build and maintain AI-assisted workflows for:

  • Webinar abstracts and titles

  • Landing page copy

  • Follow-up emails

  • Blog recaps and highlight summaries

  • Social and sales enablement snippets

  • Create and refine prompt libraries and reusable content templates

  • Apply quality control to ensure accuracy, brand voice, and clarity

Content Repurposing & Scale

  • Turn one webinar or campaign into multiple downstream assets

  • Reduce content waste by maximizing reuse across channels

What Success Looks Like

  • Webinars launch smoothly, on time, and with strong follow-through

  • Campaigns produce more usable content with less manual effort

  • AI is used thoughtfully to improve speed, not replace judgment

  • Content quality remains high while output scales

  • Content and demand teams trust the execution process

What you bring

  • 3-5 years of experience in content marketing, campaign execution, or events

  • Hands-on experience using AI tools to support content creation

  • Strong project management and organizational skills

  • Comfortable working across teams and managing multiple timelines

  • Clear communicator with an eye for detail and quality

Nice to have:

  • Experience supporting webinars or virtual events

  • Familiarity with SEO basics and content performance metrics

  • Experience working in B2B, SaaS, or regulated industries
