Position Overview

Blue Acorn iCi is seeking an AI Enablement Lead to drive the adoption of AI tools and AI-enabled ways of working across our organization. This role serves as the bridge between AI strategy and day-to-day execution, partnering closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to embed AI into delivery, operations, and business processes.

The AI Enablement Lead will be responsible for designing and executing scalable enablement programs, creating role-based learning experiences, measuring organizational adoption, and helping teams confidently integrate AI into their daily work. Success in this role requires strong change management, communication, and program leadership skills, along with practical experience using modern AI tools in a professional services environment.

This role will also play a critical part in transforming internal AI successes into reusable intellectual property, accelerators, best practices, and client-facing offerings that help expand Blue Acorn iCi’s AI capabilities.

Key ResponsibilitiesAI Adoption & Change Management
  • Develop and execute enterprise-wide AI adoption strategies across delivery, strategy, operations, and corporate functions.
  • Build practical adoption roadmaps with defined milestones, ownership, success metrics, and ongoing execution.
  • Identify barriers to AI adoption and implement targeted strategies that increase engagement and accelerate behavioral change.
  • Partner with business leaders to integrate AI-enabled workflows into existing business processes.
  • Collaborate with the Head of AI to develop communication strategies that promote awareness, education, and realistic expectations around AI capabilities.
Learning, Enablement & Capability Development
  • Help define AI competencies across job families and align enablement programs with Blue Acorn iCi’s career architecture.
  • Design and deliver role-based training programs, workshops, office hours, and self-service learning resources tailored to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Coordinate and support the organization’s AI Champions Program, building an internal network of advocates that drive adoption across teams.
  • Develop practical playbooks, prompt libraries, templates, and best practices based on real client engagements and internal delivery experiences.
  • Maintain current training materials as AI technologies, platforms, and best practices continue to evolve.
  • Partner with Talent Management to integrate AI learning into existing onboarding and professional development programs.
Measurement & Continuous Improvement
  • Define, track, and report on AI adoption metrics and business impact across the organization.
  • Measure improvements in productivity, delivery quality, operational efficiency, and other key business outcomes.
  • Partner with leadership to establish baseline metrics and demonstrate the value of AI investments.
  • Gather user feedback and leverage data to continuously improve training programs, communications, and enablement strategies.
  • Identify opportunities to expand successful AI initiatives while addressing areas of slower adoption.
Cross-Functional Leadership
  • Partner with delivery leaders, technology teams, operations, and executive leadership to ensure consistent AI adoption across the organization.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on AI enablement, organizational readiness, and change management best practices.
  • Support internal AI initiatives, pilot programs, and strategic innovation efforts.
  • Assist with developing client-facing enablement offerings by transforming successful internal programs into reusable consulting assets.
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning, experimentation, and responsible AI adoption throughout the organization.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Development, Learning & Development, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 4+ years of experience in enablement, organizational change management, learning and development, or a related function within a technology or professional services organization.
  • Demonstrated success driving adoption of new technologies, tools, or business processes at scale.
  • Strong instructional design, facilitation, and adult learning experience.
  • Understanding of professional services operating models, including delivery methodologies, resource planning, estimation, and client engagements.
  • Practical experience using modern AI productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot, GitHub Copilot, Claude, Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT, or similar technologies.
  • Experience developing metrics, dashboards, and reporting tied to business outcomes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
  • Strong organizational, program management, and project leadership capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prosci, ADKAR, or other organizational change management certification.
  • Experience within a digital agency, consultancy, or professional services organization.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Experience Cloud, including Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), Adobe Commerce, or similar digital experience platforms.
  • Experience supporting enterprise AI transformation initiatives.
  • Knowledge of prompt engineering, AI governance, responsible AI practices, and emerging AI technologies.
Compensation

The base salary range for this position is $145,000 – $185,000 annually. Actual compensation may vary depending on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors.
