AI Enablement Lead (Level 5)

Location: New York, NY

Are you a strategic systems thinker with a passion for transforming how organizations leverage AI at scale? Do you excel at designing impactful learning experiences and reimagining workflows through a data-informed lens? Are you energized by translating emerging AI capabilities into measurable business outcomes across cross-functional teams? If so, we invite you to be a part of our innovative team.

As Ridgeline’s AI Enablement Lead, you will play a pivotal role in advancing how our teams understand, adopt, and integrate artificial intelligence into their day-to-day workflows. Sitting at the intersection of strategy, consulting, learning & development, and analytics, this role enables human + machine collaboration at scale. You will partner across functions to map complex workflows, design tailored AI use cases, and lead sessions that inspire behavioral change and operational transformation. Using cutting-edge technologies—including AI platforms like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Glean, and Cursor—you will serve as a trusted guide and educator, accelerating company-wide readiness for an AI-enhanced future while driving measurable impact across the business.

At Ridgeline, how we work matters as much as what we build. Ridgeliners act like owners, choose growth over comfort, and communicate with transparency. We assume positive intent, bias toward action, and bring solutions—not just problems. We celebrate wins, learn from setbacks, and thrive in a resilient, collaborative, high-performing culture.
If this excites you, we’d love to meet you.

You must be work authorized in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.

The impact you will have:
  • Design and facilitate custom workshops that evaluate workflows and identify high-impact AI use cases across business functions

  • Translate strategic goals into scalable AI enablement programs with measurable outcomes

  • Partner with functional leaders to assess opportunities for automation, augmentation, and new capability creation

  • Develop and deliver engaging learning sessions on emerging AI tools, methodologies, and best practices

  • Build scalable education assets, playbooks, and enablement frameworks that empower self-directed AI learning

  • Consult with teams on AI adoption challenges and recommend practical, repeatable solutions that enhance productivity and quality

  • Stay ahead of evolving AI capabilities to advise teams on forward-looking opportunities and risks

  • Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Product teams to align technical possibilities with business priorities

  • Foster a culture of curiosity, continuous iteration, and shared learning around AI capabilities

  • Champion transparency, ownership, and a growth mindset in all AI enablement initiatives

  • Measure program effectiveness through data-driven insights and continuously refine approaches for greater impact

What we look for:
  • 8+ years of experience in a strategic, cross-functional role such as consulting, learning & development, or transformation leadership, including at least 1–2 years in AI or emerging technology enablement

  • Experience designing and facilitating workshops for senior stakeholders and diverse audiences

  • Strong bias for action with the ability to drive initiatives from concept to execution

  • Deep systems thinking skills with the ability to map complex workflows and identify friction points or transformation levers

  • Strong understanding of enterprise AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Glean, and Cursor, and ability to contextualize their business value

  • Demonstrated curiosity and passion for staying on the cutting edge of AI and technology innovation

  • Familiarity with change management principles and the psychology of technology adoption

  • Ability to distill complex ideas into simple, actionable guidance for non-technical teams

  • Excellent written, visual, and verbal communication skills

  • Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional leaders and drive alignment without formal authority

  • Entrepreneurial mindset and enthusiasm for shaping new capabilities from the ground up

  • Willingness to learn about cutting-edge technologies while cultivating expertise in investment management workflows

  • Serious interest in having fun at work

Bonus:
  • Experience in investment management or fintech industries

  • Background in instructional design or organizational learning

  • Familiarity with prompt engineering techniques

  • Prior involvement in internal Centers of Excellence or transformation-focused task forces

  • Experience working closely with software engineering teams
