As Ridgeline’s AI Enablement Lead, you will play a pivotal role in advancing how our teams understand, adopt, and integrate artificial intelligence into their day-to-day workflows. Sitting at the intersection of strategy, consulting, learning & development, and analytics, this role enables human + machine collaboration at scale. You will partner across functions to map complex workflows, design tailored AI use cases, and lead sessions that inspire behavioral change and operational transformation. Using cutting-edge technologies—including AI platforms like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Glean, and Cursor—you will serve as a trusted guide and educator, accelerating company-wide readiness for an AI-enhanced future while driving measurable impact across the business.

The impact you will have:Design and facilitate custom workshops that evaluate workflows and identify high-impact AI use cases across business functions
Translate strategic goals into scalable AI enablement programs with measurable outcomes
Partner with functional leaders to assess opportunities for automation, augmentation, and new capability creation
Develop and deliver engaging learning sessions on emerging AI tools, methodologies, and best practices
Build scalable education assets, playbooks, and enablement frameworks that empower self-directed AI learning
Consult with teams on AI adoption challenges and recommend practical, repeatable solutions that enhance productivity and quality
Stay ahead of evolving AI capabilities to advise teams on forward-looking opportunities and risks
Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Product teams to align technical possibilities with business priorities
Foster a culture of curiosity, continuous iteration, and shared learning around AI capabilities
Champion transparency, ownership, and a growth mindset in all AI enablement initiatives
Measure program effectiveness through data-driven insights and continuously refine approaches for greater impact
8+ years of experience in a strategic, cross-functional role such as consulting, learning & development, or transformation leadership, including at least 1–2 years in AI or emerging technology enablement
Experience designing and facilitating workshops for senior stakeholders and diverse audiences
Strong bias for action with the ability to drive initiatives from concept to execution
Deep systems thinking skills with the ability to map complex workflows and identify friction points or transformation levers
Strong understanding of enterprise AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Glean, and Cursor, and ability to contextualize their business value
Demonstrated curiosity and passion for staying on the cutting edge of AI and technology innovation
Familiarity with change management principles and the psychology of technology adoption
Ability to distill complex ideas into simple, actionable guidance for non-technical teams
Excellent written, visual, and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional leaders and drive alignment without formal authority
Entrepreneurial mindset and enthusiasm for shaping new capabilities from the ground up
Willingness to learn about cutting-edge technologies while cultivating expertise in investment management workflows
Serious interest in having fun at work
Experience in investment management or fintech industries
Background in instructional design or organizational learning
Familiarity with prompt engineering techniques
Prior involvement in internal Centers of Excellence or transformation-focused task forces
Experience working closely with software engineering teams
The typical starting salary range for new hires in this role is $170,000 - $190,000. Final compensation amounts are determined by multiple factors, including candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amount listed above.
