About the Role
You’ll act as a primary point of contact for Netomi, directly interacting with key stakeholders from enterprise customers, facilitating conversations, and helping build strategy on how best to move opportunities through the funnel.
We’re looking for an experienced customer-facing professional to help close our largest enterprise prospects. This person will work closely with the Chief of Staff, GTM, and the Sr. Leadership team to facilitate the end-to-end sales process for our highest value and most strategic accounts. These accounts generally entail C-Level involvement and require an atypical amount of time, care, and attention. The right candidate will be someone with keen attention to detail who’s highly organized and has the ability to concurrently manage several long and complex sales cycles/relationships.
Responsibilities
- Work with the team to close $200,000+ ARR opportunities with the largest B2C brands in the world while providing regular updates to Sr. Leadership and strategic partners.
- Assist with strategic content creation (one-pagers, slide decks, etc.) to demonstrate Netomi’s value based specifically on the needs of each account.
- Shape executive-level AI transformation conversations and follow-up with prospective customers ensuring consistent momentum throughout the process Coordinate with customers’ working teams, stakeholders, and/or procurement to maintain momentum in active conversations and drive opportunities through the funnel with consistent follow up and execution of requested/required deliverables.
- Lead the creation and presentation of custom product demos.
- Orchestrate cross-functional deal strategy and help manage the implementation of customer pilots and POCs working with relevant teams internally.
AI Market Development & Thought Leadership
- Develop and refine AI positioning and messaging for enterprise B2B buyers.
- Translate complex AI capabilities into clear business outcomes.
- Educate customers on emerging AI use cases and best practices.
- Support customers through AI adoption and internal stakeholder alignment.
Requirements
- 3-6+ years’ experience managing enterprise-level -GTM processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience selling AI-native or ML-powered products.
- Experience selling into CX, contact center, or digital support environments preferred (Zendesk, Salesforce, Genesys, etc.).
- Travel will be an integral part of this role and will vary based on individual customer needs.
