G-P has a fantastic opportunity for a 3rd year student to participate in a 12 week, paid summer internship, within the area of your education. As an intern, you will collaborate closely with our team mentors on either an existing team or a new project. You'll do work that really matters while gaining hands-on, practical experience. Our interns are fully-integrated team members who will spend the summer putting academic knowledge into real-time projects.
What You’ll Do:
- Contribute to the design and development of projects within the department
- Be mentored by experienced professionals who are passionate about your development
- Gain exposure to different functional areas within the business
- Work on world class enterprise grade products, with hands-on opportunity to take an idea to production in an AI-native team
- Own a High-Impact AI Project: Lead an end-to-end initiative to design, prototype, and build an intelligent, AI-native solution aimed at automating manual workflows to eliminate hundreds of hours of operational bottlenecks.
- Shape the Future of Agentic Onboarding: Help accelerate G-P’s shift toward autonomous, intelligent platform features, replacing manual tasks with smart automation and "human-in-the-loop" validation.
What we’re looking for:
- You are in the 3rd year of your bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Strong and demonstrable AI foundational knowledge and advanced level of expertise with tools such as Cursor, v0, Replit and more
- AI Fluidity: Comfortable framing complex product problems and leveraging an AI-assisted development workflow to build and iterate rapidly.
- You are genuinely interested in Globalization Partners and are eager to benefit from the invaluable expertise of our team.
- HR/HR Tech experience will be a plus

The annual gross base salary range for this position is $60,000 (prorated over 12 weeks)
Actual compensation for this position may vary and will depend on multiple factors such as relevant qualifications, experience, education, and geographic location. For Full-Time Regular Employees, this position is also eligible for additional compensation as follows:
- Sales Roles: This position is eligible for a commission structure in addition to base salary.
- Non-Sales Roles: This position is eligible for an annual bonus which is paid dependent on various factors, including and without limitation, individual and company performance in addition to base salary.
