WisdomTree is seeking an early-career AI Solutions Analyst to help develop and support practical AI solutions across the firm. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or candidate with 1+ years of experience who is highly fluent in modern AI tools and excited to help translate business needs into lightweight, scalable AI workflows and solutions.
This person will support a mix of AI initiatives, including custom GPT and app creation, workflow automation, prompt development, experimentation with agent-based tools and platforms, and support for user-facing AI solutions. The role will work across functions to identify opportunities, prototype solutions, document best practices, and support tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, and Azure AI / Microsoft Foundry-based solutions.
This role is well suited for someone who is curious, adaptable, technically comfortable, and able to translate between business needs and emerging AI capabilities. The individual will support WisdomTree’s growing AI program and work closely with the firm’s AI Tech & Operations leadership and the AI Enablement Analyst to help execute AI initiatives across training, workflow design, solution development, and user adoption.
While the position has a primary emphasis on enablement, training, adoption, and business engagement, the individual will be cross-trained across solution-building activities and expected to contribute broadly across the team’s AI initiatives.
Success in this role would be achieved by:
- Help build and maintain lightweight AI solutions, including custom GPTs, internal assistants, automations, workflow prototypes, and Microsoft-based business solutions
- Assist with experimentation and early development of agent-based use cases, including solutions built within Microsoft Azure / Microsoft Foundry environments
- Help design, test, and refine prompts, reusable workflows, and AI playbooks
- Partner with internal stakeholders to identify repetitive tasks and opportunities for AI-assisted automation
- Build and support AI-enabled workflows and lightweight business solutions using tools such as Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, custom GPTs, and related platforms
- Support testing, QA, and iterative improvement of AI tools and workflows
- Create documentation, technical notes, and user-friendly guidance to support solution deployment and adoption
- Assist with evaluating new AI tools, platforms, and use cases for business applicability
- Help evaluate AI outputs, workflows, and automations for quality, reliability, and business usefulness
- Help track AI requests, pilot activity, enhancement opportunities, and follow-up items across projects
- Exercise sound judgment when working with confidential information, internal processes, and AI-generated outputs
- Work with the AI Enablement Analyst to support training sessions, demos, office hours, and user rollout activities
- Track common issues, user feedback, and improvement opportunities to enhance solution quality and usability
- Assist with governance-oriented practices such as validating outputs, monitoring usability, and promoting responsible AI use
- Support cross-functional AI projects from idea stage through pilot deployment
- Build familiarity over time with training delivery, end-user support, adoption strategies, and business-facing enablement
Experience and required skill set:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- Strong familiarity with widely used AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, Gemini, or similar platforms
- Familiarity with Microsoft productivity and automation tools, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot, or similar platforms
- Clear interest in applied AI, workflow improvement, solution development, and business enablement
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to translate business needs into practical technical approaches
- Comfort learning new platforms quickly in a fast-changing environment
- Strong organization, documentation, and follow-through
- Analytical mindset with good judgment and attention to detail
