We are hiring an AI Solutions Architect (GTM) to partner with our go-to-market team and enterprise prospects at the earliest and most critical stages of the buying journey.
In this role, you will work directly with prospective customers — including CROs, VP-level AI and Data leaders, and RevOps teams — to understand their GTM challenges, evaluate build-vs-buy decisions, and architect AI-powered GTM systems that drive ~30% productivity lifts across revenue organizations producing $500M+ annually.
You will serve as the technical and architectural counterpart to our Enterprise Account Executives, shaping solution narratives, leading technical discovery, and elevating tactical execution problems into exec-worthy systems of leverage. This role is not about demos alone — it’s about helping senior leaders see what is now possible with AI-native GTM workflows.
This role exists to give CROs access to leverage they have never had before.

- You influence how AI is evaluated, trusted, and adopted by revenue leaders across Sales, RevOps, and Marketing
- You operate at the intersection of AI architecture, GTM strategy, and executive decision-making
- You work directly with founders, product, and engineering to solve real customer problems and shape how the platform is positioned
- You sit alongside top AEs on complex, high-stakes enterprise deals as the technical and AI subject-matter expert
- You architect and communicate “the art of the possible” — translating small tactical capabilities into org-wide leverage

- Partner closely with Enterprise AEs, SDRs, and RevOps to drive technical pre-sales from discovery through POC recommendation
- Lead early-stage technical discovery to understand GTM workflows, data environments, integrations, and operational risk
- Explain Actively’s AI-powered architecture, capabilities, and constraints clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Serve as a strategic advisor to CROs and GTM leaders on how AI-powered workflows can augment ICs, managers, and RevOps teams
- Architect enterprise-grade GTM operating models that translate tactical AI capabilities into org-wide productivity leverage
- Frame build-vs-buy decisions credibly for VP-level AI and Data leaders
- Identify when a deal is ready for a POC and articulate the value hypothesis, risks, and stakes that justify it
- Design and deliver demos and working sessions that reflect real customer environments and future-state GTM workflows
- Execute a clean handoff to the Agent Product Manager once a POC is of interest
- Maintain continuity from pre-sales architecture through post-sale execution
- Experience in customer-facing technical roles such as Solutions Architecture or Sales Engineering in enterprise environments
- Strong working knowledge of modern AI systems, including LLMs, orchestration, AI-driven workflows, data pipelines, and evaluation approaches
- Ability to think in systems and architectures, not just features or tools
- Comfort operating at executive altitude with CROs, VP-level AI leaders, and GTM operators
- A bias toward clarity, ownership, and real-world customer impact
