Our approach (Discover, Design & Deliver) combines business discovery and AI readiness assessment with solution design, implementation, and Guided Transformation. We help clients strengthen their data and processes, establish responsible AI practices, and equip employees with the skills and confidence to use AI effectively. Success means measurable business outcomes and sustained adoption, guiding clients from business priorities through execution and ongoing improvement.
Position Overview
SoftSnow is looking for a seasoned client-facing professional to own and drive engagements from kickoff through delivery. In this AI Strategist role, you will be responsible for owning client relationships, translating business challenges into actionable project plans, and ensuring high-quality execution. You will be the vital link between client vision and technical execution. This role requires an experienced operator who can confidently engage with VP and C-suite executives, quickly diagnose business needs, secure trust, and drive complex AI transformation projects to successful completion. You will apply structure and rigor to optimize how we coordinate, communicate, and deliver value to the client. This is a high-visibility, career-accelerating opportunity with direct interaction with senior leaders at major companies.
Key Responsibilities
- Own account strategy and day-to-day client communication, serving as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders—from department heads to C-suite executives—and ensuring tight alignment across all parties.
- Lead the weekly client cadence by ensuring seamless execution of agendas and meeting materials, facilitating discussions, and documenting decisions, action owners, and next steps.
- Lead discovery sessions to understand client pain points, operational inefficiencies, and growth opportunities; synthesize findings into clear recommendations the team can act on.
- Build and manage project plans, implementation roadmaps, and phased delivery timelines; proactively identify gaps, risks, and dependencies before they become problems.
- Own creation and quality control of all client-facing deliverables (strategic decks, emails, status updates, project briefs, workflow diagrams), ensuring they meet SoftSnow standards for accuracy, clarity, structure, professionalism, and brand consistency before they are shared.
- Ensure the team completes the work required to create measurable client value by assigning clear owners, resolving blockers, and tracking progress against agreed business outcomes.
- Help establish and refine internal processes, templates, and communication standards that allow the team to scale without losing quality or speed.
Requirements
Experience:
- 4+ years of experience in client services, account management, or project management at a consulting firm, agency, or technology services company.
- Proven track record managing client relationships and driving projects to successful completion.
- Utilization of AI tools to find efficiencies and improve outputs in your day to day role.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Comfortable managing ambiguity and biasing toward action—you identify gaps, propose solutions, and move things forward rather than waiting for direction.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to distill complex information for diverse audiences and present confidently to senior leaders.
- Demonstrate an active desire to learn by seeking feedback, building AI fluency through ongoing learning and hands-on experimentation, and applying new knowledge to improve client solutions and team delivery.
- Proficiency using consumer AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, etc.) in your work and daily life, with a desire to work in and help build an AI-native company.
