In This Role

In this role, you will evaluate AI-generated presentation content to ensure it meets high standards for accuracy, visual quality, and design excellence. You will review model outputs against prompts, assess layout and craftsmanship in PowerPoint presentations, and provide structured, actionable feedback to improve future AI performance. You will collaborate closely with product, design, and content partners to refine evaluation criteria, identify system issues, and support continuous improvement of AI-generated visual content in a fast-evolving environment.

 

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate AI-generated presentations for accuracy, relevance, and alignment with prompts
  • Assess visual quality, layout, craftsmanship, and adherence to presentation design best practices
  • Apply consistent evaluation standards while adapting to evolving guidelines and tools
  • Document findings and provide detailed, actionable feedback to improve future model outputs
  • Proactively identify and flag system issues, quality gaps, and recurring patterns
  • Share progress, insights, and recommendations with cross-functional teams
  • Collaborate with product, design, and content partners to refine evaluation criteria and quality frameworks
  • Maintain reliability, consistency, and clear communication with stakeholders

 

 Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of experience in visual content creation, presentation design, creative curation, or a related field
  • Strong hands-on experience with PowerPoint and presentation design standards
  • Demonstrated understanding of visual quality, layout, typography, and slide craftsmanship
  • Ability to assess both content accuracy and visual execution against defined criteria
  • Strong attention to detail and consistency in applying evaluation guidelines
  • Excellent written communication skills for documenting findings and providing feedback
  • Comfortable working in a remote, cross-functional environment

 

 Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience reviewing or curating AI-generated content or working with AI-assisted design tools
  • Familiarity with quality evaluation frameworks for creative or AI-generated outputs
  • Background in UX, visual design, content strategy, or creative operations
  • Experience collaborating with product and engineering teams in iterative improvement cycles
  • Interest in AI-driven design and emerging content generation technologies

 

Salary Range 

At Blueprint, we strive to offer competitive pay that reflects the value of our team members. Compensation for this role is influenced by a variety of factors, including skills, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographic market. For candidates based in Washington State, the anticipated salary range is $25 to $27 USD/Hr. Please note that we typically do not hire new employees at the top of the posted range. Actual starting pay will be determined based on experience, skills, and internal equity. The final salary and job title may vary depending on the selected candidate’s qualifications and could fall outside the stated range.
