In this role, you will support the Aladdin Provider network of partners, which consists of some of the largest global banking organizations in the world. As a relationship manager business, you will leverage a deep understanding of your client’s business model as well as your Aladdin expertise to optimize the post-trade ecosystem. 

Primary responsibilities include: 

  • Act as a trusted advisor to our Aladdin Provider clients, helping them navigate the Aladdin community and identify ways to improve their operating models across Custody, Fund Accounting, and the Middle Office 

  • Champion for your client internally, marrying their business objectives and to our product vision to achieve their strategic goals. 

  • Drive client satisfaction through adoption of Aladdin Provider offerings.  

  • Be the “voice of the client, providing feedback on product enhancements 

  • Partner with cross-functional teams across BlackRock Solutions, to deliver optimal outcomes for your client base 

  • Product Management to document and refine product feedback to incorporate into roadmap 

  • Marketing to create impactful product campaigns aimed at maximizing usage of Aladdin across various users segment 

  • Implementations to prioritize and establish scalable connectivity between your Providers and Aladdin clients 

  • Sales and business development to provide industry / segment expertise to achieve positive commercial outcomes 

 

  • Successful candidates are natural self-starters with a proven ability to work in a cross functional team: 
  • Provide impactful solutions, combining investment lifecycle expertise with your knowledge of financial markets and the asset servicing industry 

  • Influences without authority – ability to get things done in a matrix organization without direct reports 

  • Exemplifies a fiduciary responsibility to their clients 

  • Effectively manages expectations of clients, and demonstrates a clear understanding of product and service limitations 

  • Develop a deep understanding of Aladdin’s post-trade capabilities across Middle and Back Office functions 

  • Be comfortable operating in the unknown, and not hesitate to create new processes where needful while identify opportunities to improve existing ones 

  • Support senior relationship managers in delivering content and value to clients, ranging from inquiry resolution to strategic program delivery to harvesting Aladdin by propelling the product to Asset Servicers across public and private markets. 

 

Qualifications 

  • 3+ years of work experience

  • Prior Aladdin Product experience desired

  • Client facing experience in asset management, asset servicing, middle office 

  • SQL and/or Python skills preferred 

  • Strong written and oral communication skills 

  • Experience working with product managers and engineering teams 

  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects across multiple client relationships 

  • Provider middle office experience is desired but not required

For New York, NY Only the salary range for this position is USD$115,000.00 - USD$147,500.00 . Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, and benefits including healthcare, leave benefits, and retirement benefits. BlackRock operates a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy and your total compensation may vary based on role, location, and firm, department and individual performance.

Our hybrid work model
