Position Overview
We are seeking an Alliance Partner Channel Manager who will be responsible for developing and managing strategic relationships with alliance partners in the insurance industry. This individual will build go-to-market strategies with our partners, enable them to better sell our products, and ensure mutual growth and success. This role requires a strong understanding of channel sales, partner enablement, and relationship management within a B2B SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) or insurance technology environment.

Our targeted starting base salary in the United States for this position ranges from $110,000 - $125,000. To determine a new team member's starting pay, we consider a variety of factors, including someone's depth, breadth, and variety of experience, skills, and responsibilities. Depending on the role, team members may also be eligible to participate in additional compensation plans such as bonus and commission.

What You Will Do
- Drive revenue growth by enabling partners and collaborating with sales to meet/exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual goals
- Identify , onboard, and manage strategic insurance alliance partners, serving as the primary point of contact for initiatives and escalations
- Develop and execute joint business plans and go-to-market strategies that align with partner and company objectives
- Enable partners through training, marketing resources, and product education, supporting new product rollouts and ongoing success
- Track, measure, and optimize partner performance against KPIs, monitoring pipeline and providing insights to leadership
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, CX, and product teams to remove roadblocks and ensure partner success
- Represent Applied Systems at industry events and partner conferences, while maintaining accurate partner records and negotiating contracts and incentives
We're Excited to Learn More About You
- 3+ years of experience in direct sales or channel sales, preferably in the SaaS or insurance spac
- Proven ability to build and manage strategic relationships with external partners; experience working directly with partners strongly preferred
- S trategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, comfortable in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, product , and customer success teams
- Familiarity with CRM systems and pipeline management tools for accurate forecasting and reporting
- Can work remotely or from an Applied Systems office - Candidate must reside within North America
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
