ANINE BING is looking for an Allocator to join our Buying & Planning team in New York.

This role is an opportunity to help shape the next chapter of ANINE BING. As a key contributor within our HQ team, the Allocator brings both strategic insight and hands-on execution to their work—supporting our global growth while staying grounded in the brand’s DNA: refined, fast-moving, and always evolving.

We’re looking for someone who thrives in a creative yet performance-driven environment. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical rigor with a clear understanding of commercial priorities. They are collaborative, proactive, and energized by building scalable allocation processes that support a global, multi-channel business.

This is a hybrid position based at our New York office. The role reports to the Allocation Manager.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Manage and support global allocation processes to ensure optimal product availability aligned with commercial priorities and logistical constraints
  • Monitor inbound deliveries to the warehouse, proactively flagging risks and coordinating with cross-functional teams
  • Analyze stock performance and drive optimization actions, including product pushes, inter-store transfers, and regional rebalancing
  • Partner closely with Retail, E-commerce, and Wholesale teams to maximize stock coverage and cross-channel performance
  • Support operational stock requests from HQ, stores, and international partners, ensuring alignment with global allocation strategy
  • Oversee key allocation-related initiatives, including website pre-order management, SFS safety stock, and end-of-season recalls
  • Contribute to the evolution of the Allocation department through process optimization, tool improvements, and performance dashboard development

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in allocation, supply planning, or inventory management, preferably within a premium fashion or retail environment
  • Strong understanding of international supply chain and multi-channel inventory dynamics
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis); experience with allocation or planning tools is a plus
  • Fluency in professional English required; French proficiency is a strong advantage
  • Strong analytical skills paired with clear communication and a collaborative, solution-oriented mindset

Benefits & Perks

  • Work/Life Balance: Enjoy flexible work schedules, generous paid time off, and additional summer days to recharge and reset.
  • In-Office Perks: Benefit from a hybrid work schedule and free daily in-office lunches designed to keep you energized, connected, and supported throughout your day.
  • We offer comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage—with ANINE BING covering a significant portion of the cost. Our benefits extend to your family and include a generous parental leave program.
  • Style Perks: Enjoy a generous employee discount and seasonal wardrobe allotments—so you can live the brand, not just represent it.

The target compensation for this role is between $70,000 - $80,000 annually
