SAR is seeking an entrepreneurial leader to build a premier alumni community. This role is for a creative self-starter who will serve as the central connector for graduates, launching innovative initiatives that foster lifelong connection, learning, and institutional pride.
Key Performance OutcomesHigh levels of alumni pride and active engagement across all life stages.
Successful execution of signature high-energy events and reunions.
A robust pipeline of alumni leaders, volunteers, and donors.
An accurate, up-to-date, and strategically utilized alumni database.
Set the vision and annual roadmap for global alumni engagement.
Design and implement meaningful social, educational, and mission-aligned experiences.
Develop high-impact communication strategies to tell the SAR alumni story.
Cultivate a culture of philanthropy and increase annual alumni participation in giving.
Recruit and steward alumni ambassadors to expand the school's volunteer network.
Bridge the gap between current seniors and the alumni community.
Optimize the alumni database (CRM) to drive data-informed engagement strategies.
Collaborate across the Development team to support broader institutional goals.
Passionate, high-energy communicator with exceptional relationship-building skills.
Proactive self-starter who thrives in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment.
Tech-savvy (CRM, Social Media) with a sharp eye for detail and metrics.
Bachelor's degree required; familiarity with SAR or similar communities preferred.
