Overview:
Imagine rolling up your sleeves with some of the world’s leading technology companies to create innovative, differentiated products and solutions that shape the future of commerce. The Global Business Platforms team within Mastercard Global Partnerships is responsible for cultivating and managing Mastercard’s strategic partnerships with key SaaS and Cloud-based business service provider players across the ecosystem. Working together, we enable some of the biggest names in tech to build best-in-class solutions leveraging Mastercard technology and deliver them at scale – solving real world problems for our partners and their customers.
Role:
In this high-profile, customer-facing position you will:
• Be a key team member supporting one or more of Mastercard’s global partnerships with leading tech companies.
• Support the day-to-day customer relationship including building and enhancing relationships with key stakeholders.
• Support identification of new partner / segment needs and market conditions for collective strategy assessment.
• Support co-innovation with your immediate team and partners to build new product propositions through close collaboration with Mastercard product development and innovation teams.
• Help represent your customers’ and the market perspective internally at Mastercard.
• Help support all aspects of customer engagement and proposals (including crafting compelling RFP responses) and deal development (including business case development) in close collaboration with your management team.
• Develop and share best practices and processes and drive standard methodologies across the Global Business Platforms team.

• Exposure to the payments industry is a plus alongside interest and knowledge of the latest trends in digital payments, AI, crypto/blockchain, gaming/metaverse and open banking.

In line with Mastercard’s total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary based on location, experience and other qualifications for the role and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role.
