As our Analyst, AI Opportunity & Value Creation you will identify and assess opportunities where Artificial Intelligence (AI) can create significant value and drive efficiencies within our operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for deeply understanding our business, analyzing large datasets to unearth potential AI use cases, and evaluating their value versus feasibility. You will play a crucial role in shaping our AI roadmap by providing data-driven recommendations and collaborating with various stakeholders to bring these opportunities to fruition. 

Here's what you will experience working as a Analyst, AI Opportunity & Value Creation

  • Develop a deep understanding of current business operations, processes, and workflows. 

  • Proactively identify and evaluate opportunities where Artificial Intelligence (AI) can generate significant business value and operational efficiencies. 

  • Source, gather, and analyze large, complex datasets associated with potential AI use cases. 

  • Conduct thorough value vs. feasibility assessments for identified AI initiatives, employing sound judgment and data-driven analysis. 

  • Uncover and present novel insights from data analysis, clearly articulating trends, inefficiencies (e.g., manual processes ripe for automation), and potential ROI. 

  • Translate analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders, including operational leaders and technical teams. 

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to further investigate promising opportunities and contribute to the development of AI project roadmaps and design specifications. 

  • Prepare and deliver clear, concise presentations of findings and recommendations to diverse audiences. 

Required Skills: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Analytics, Business, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field 

  • Proven experience in working with large and complex datasets in the healthcare industry 

  • Experience with data analysis tools and languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Excel, BI platforms). 

  • Prior experience in identifying or supporting AI/automation projects. 

  • Ability to critically evaluate information, exercise sound judgment, and make data-driven decisions and recommendations. 

  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively. 

  • A proactive and curious mindset, with a passion for identifying areas for improvement and innovation. 

  • Knowledge of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) processes. (Note: We are willing to teach RCM to a candidate with strong data analysis skills). 

For this US-based position, the base pay range is $50,461.00 - $114,114.48 per year . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.This job is eligible to participate in our annual bonus plan at a target of 10.00%
