Role & Responsibilities

LOCATION: New York, NY (Hybrid)

VideoAmp is looking for an analyst in the Client Success, Account Management, or Project Management space with technical expertise in ad tech and TV for our client enablement team to maximize efficiency across the organization through flawless execution and implementation of processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Support post-sale onboarding and client enablement for VideoAmp
  • Empower teams and clients to solve problems through clear communication & rigorous dedication to process
  • Develop materials to train internal & external users on the “why?” & “how?” of VideoAmp solutions
  • Implement workflows and establish processes to drive value for our clients & increase throughput for internal teams
  • Monitor and manage gaps in solutions and/or knowledge across internal & external teams
  • Foster relationships with key clients and internal stakeholders through continuous learning of VideoAmp's product offerings and key differentiators
  • Assist with the on-boarding and training of new hires

Requirements:

  • 2+ years account management or project management experience in AdTech or related industry (i.e. agency, in-house brand marketing)
  • Strong work ethic and autonomous initiative; desire to work in a fast-paced, 
  • Ad Operations experience and fluency in a programmatic media buying technology/platform a plus
  • Linear TV buying experience a plus
  • Previous direct client account management
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

What We Offer

This position has a salary range of $53,000 - $70,000 + 30% Commission Target + Equity + Benefits. The actual compensation offer will be determined by a number of factors, including, but not limited to, applicant's qualifications, skills, and experience.
