  • Partner with data engineers and data scientists to ensure data is accessible, accurate, and high quality, while upholding data integrity, accuracy, and governance across analytics pipelines
  • Conduct discovery and deep-dive analyses across the acquisition funnel, onboarding journey, and sales pipeline; translate business questions into structured analysis plans and clear metrics
  • Collaborate with media managers and product marketing to define and measure success for campaigns, experiments, and product initiatives, and to push data into platforms such as Salesforce, Braze, and Intercom for targeting, segmentation, and personalization
  • Communicate findings, trends, and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences, and continuously improve analysis processes, methodologies, and documentation

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Data Science, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics) or equivalent practical experience
  • 1–3 years of experience in a data or marketing analytics role (internships/co-ops included), ideally in fintech, marketing, or financial services
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases (e.g., Snowflake, MySQL, BigQuery)
  • Experience with data visualization and business intelligence tools (e.g., Looker, Power BI, or similar) to build clear, actionable dashboards and reports
  • Hands-on experience with Python for data analysis, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate complex data insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and to translate business questions into structured analysis plans and metrics

Preferred Qualifications
