The Analyst, FP&A will assist in shaping the company's financial strategy and provide critical insights to guide high-level decision-making across the firm. The Analyst will participate heavily in creating analysis and reporting tools to help define financial goals and optimize operational performance. The analyst will collaborate and communicate with a wide range of audiences while operating in a time sensitive and critical output environment. Therefore, attention to detail and ability to perform under pressure is critical.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assists in developing financial models and analysis tools to enhance operational performance and inform decision making

  • Support the reforecasting and budgeting process and participate in various workstreams to assist with the team effort to finalize a quarterly reforecast and annual budget.

  • Participates in the production of high-level financial reports and presentations for senior management, and the executive team, including assisting with quarterly reforecast and annual budget deliverables

  • Work closely with teams across the organization to ensure cross-unit collaboration and to support FP&A forecasting efforts.

  • Work with large quantities of data and master ability to analyze and audit results

  • Perform variance analysis and trend identification while providing explanations in a concise summarized format

  • Perform special ad-hoc projects and analysis on a frequent basis

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 1-3 years work experience in Accounting or Finance within the commercial real estate industry. Experience working at a publicly traded real estate or financial services firm is preferred.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Accounting, or Finance required.

  • A strong work ethic, with an ability to work in a dynamic and demanding work environment to meet critical deadlines.

  • Intelligence, with a keen focus on details.

  • Strong accounting and finance knowledge.

  • Exceptional analytical skills with a deep knowledge of and mastery of Office 365, especially Excel.

  • Prior experience with real estate budgeting/forecasting processes and systems such as Argus Enterprise or Yardi Forecast Manager.

  • Oracle, SQL or another relational database applications a plus.

  • Possess broad understanding of computer concepts and related business application needs.

  • Familiarity with data warehouses, data lakes, snowflake.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills due to interaction with personnel at all levels.

  • Knowledge of REIT performance metrics and reporting preferred.

$85,000 - $95,000 represents the presently anticipated base compensation pay range for this position at Link.  Actual pay may vary based on various factors, including but not limited to location and experience.
