The Analyst will manage distribution inventory, analyze bookings, enhance processes, and partner cross-functionally to drive growth across Ecommerce Distributors.
We are seeking a highly analytical and commercially minded Distribution Asset Analyst to support our Ecommerce Distributor business within Distribution Operations as well as our sample program.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing distributor inventory, monitoring bookings and backlog health, and identifying opportunities to drive sustainable growth across Ecommerce partners. You will operate at the intersection of supply chain, sales, and analytics—ensuring our distribution ecosystem is both efficient and positioned for scale.
Responsibilities- Drive a healthy inventory portfolio across Ecommerce Distributors by balancing supply, demand, and aging risk
- Monitor and analyze bookings, backlog, fulfillment, and lead time trends to identify risks and opportunities
- Partner cross-functionally to accelerate revenue growth and sell-through performance through various programs like the Free Sample and NPI initiatives
- Establish and standardize key Ecommerce specific distribution health metrics
- Enhance business processes related to the sample program for healthy in stock rates
Required Qualifications
- 3–6+ years of experience in Sales Ops, Distribution, Supply Chain, or Business Analytics
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in Excel / Google Sheets
- Experience working with ERP/CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, or similar)
- Ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable business recommendations
- Strong communication skills and ability to partner cross-functionally
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing distributors, channel partners, or ecommerce ecosystems
- Familiarity with supply-demand planning, inventory lifecycle management, or channel strategy
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
- Background in a high-growth tech, hardware, or consumer electronics environment
