Primary Purpose:
The Indirect Sourcing Analyst III is a senior-level contributor to ADUSA's strategic sourcing organization, driving cost optimization across a $5B portfolio of Not For Resale spend. This role synthesizes commodity intelligence, advanced data modeling, and negotiation strategies to optimize category level spend and drive sustainable business value. As a trusted sourcing leader, the Analyst III influences without authority, translates data into actionable insights, and helps propel the organization toward world-class sourcing capabilities.
**Our flexible/hybrid work schedule include 3 in-person days at one of our core locations and 2 remote days. Our core office locations are Salisbury, NC, Quincy, MA, Scarborough, ME, and Carlisle, PA
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Lead several complex sourcing initiatives from supplier discovery to award recommendation using advanced sourcing tools and templates
  • Build comprehensive should-cost models and scenario plans using commodity and market data
  • Manage complex datasets and develop Excel-based insights including benchmarks, heat maps, and what-if scenarios
  • Translate analytics into bid recommendations using total cost of ownership methodology and apply constraints to optimize supplier outcomes
  • Conduct complex negotiations independently, leveraging deep understanding of negotiable criteria
  • Influence cross-functional stakeholders and build strong relationships without formal authority
  • Advise business partners on risks, opportunities, and cost forecasting for key commodities
  • Support long-range planning and corporate initiatives such as save for our customer, working capital, and cross brand synergy realization
  • Collaborate with partners to identify alternate supply channels and optimize total cost of ownership
  • Present sourcing findings with clarity, storytelling, and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders
  • Advance the team's capabilities through best practices in spend analytics, supplier management, and sourcing technology

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, finance, supply chain or related field
  • 5-7 years sourcing or industry experience
  • Proficiency in Excel (advanced modeling), PowerPoint, and sourcing platforms
  • Strong analytical and presentation skills; able to tell a compelling story with data
  • Deep understanding of commodity markets and sourcing strategy
  • Ability to travel up to 10%

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Six Sigma, APICS, CPM, or similar certification
  • Experience in retail sourcing, supply chain design, or vendor negotiations
  • Proven expertise in strategic sourcing analysis, decision-making, and tools
  • Ability to lead without authority and influence organizational direction

Salary Range ME/NC/PA: $75,040 - $112,560
Salary Range MA: $86,320 - $129,480
Actual compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on their unique qualifications and experience, internal equity, and market conditions. Final compensation decisions will be made in accordance with company policies and applicable laws.
