Job Description

Analyst, Business Applications – Technology Services Group

The Technology Services Group (TSG) is an internal function responsible for delivering a consistent technology infrastructure and a standard suite of tools and applications across our Asset Management business.

We are seeking a highly adaptable and business-oriented Analyst to join the Business Applications team in our New York office. This role sits at the intersection of:

  • Technology

  • Data & reporting

  • Marketing operations

  • Investor relations workflows

  • Business process optimization

  • Enterprise application management

The ideal candidate is someone who combines strong analytical thinking and technical curiosity with a highly collaborative, consultative personality. This is not a pure engineering role, but it is also not a traditional marketing or operations role. We are looking for someone who can comfortably move between business conversations, workflow design, data analysis, system configuration, and platform governance.

This individual will help manage and optimize Brookfield’s enterprise marketing and investor applications ecosystem, support business stakeholders across multiple teams, improve reporting and operational visibility, and help scale technology-enabled workflows across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and help oversee a portfolio of enterprise applications used across marketing, investor relations, fundraising, communications, events, and business operations.

  • Serve as a day-to-day partner to business stakeholders, helping teams optimize workflows and improve operational efficiency through technology.

  • Configure, maintain, and enhance systems such as Salesforce, Monday.com, marketing platforms, event systems, reporting tools, DAM platforms, and related business applications.

  • Build and optimize workflows, automations, dashboards, and operational processes within enterprise platforms.

  • Support the development and maintenance of operational and marketing reporting across multiple systems.

  • Analyze data trends, platform usage, and business processes to identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Assist in connecting and organizing data across enterprise applications to improve visibility and decision-making.

  • Meet directly with business stakeholders to gather requirements, understand operational pain points, and propose scalable technology-enabled solutions.

  • Translate business needs into structured workflows, reporting solutions, automation logic, and application enhancements.

  • Help business teams adopt best practices across enterprise applications.

  • Support application governance efforts including user access, permissions, system hygiene, documentation, taxonomy management, and process standardization.

  • Help evaluate new tools, integrations, and operational technologies.

  • Partner with vendors, consultants, and internal teams on implementations, enhancements, and support.

  • Assist with troubleshooting, issue resolution, testing, and system rollout activities.

  • Develop a strong understanding of Brookfield’s operations and functional areas, with a focus on aligning project work to broader business objectives.

  • Actively support and embody Brookfield’s core values in day-to-day work and team interactions.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Marketing, Communications, Data Analytics, or a related field.

  • 24 years of experience in consulting, business operations, marketing operations, technology operations, CRM administration, enterprise applications, or related analytical roles.

  • Strong familiarity with enterprise applications, particularly CRM platforms and business productivity tools (Salesforce experience strongly preferred).

  • Experience building workflows, automations, dashboards, or operational processes within software platforms.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable working directly with senior business stakeholders.

  • Ability to gather requirements, manage ambiguity, and balance multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Technical curiosity and willingness to learn new platforms quickly.

  • Experience with reporting, operational analytics, or data visualization strongly preferred.

  • Experience within financial services, marketing, investor relations, or consulting is a plus, but not required.

Base Salary: $85K - $95K
