Essential job functions:
- Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans that outline project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines
- Project Management: Oversight of and management to deliverable timelines for key projects (e.g. Omni Reviews, CPN, scaled activities, etc). Accountable for ensuring delivery of financial expectations associated with this work.
- Strategic Planning: Enable the strategic direction of the assigned HUB by driving collaboration across all five category managers to maximize size and scale efforts
- Performance Excellence: Deliver consistent, high-quality work across assigned HUB. Driving not only analytical excellence, but subject matter expertise and problem-solving abilities, contributing to the success of assigned categories.
- Trusted Thought Partner: Serve as peer to CM teams while facilitating cross brand workshops as teams work to develop leverage points/opportunities to leverage size and scale - with ability to see across all ADUSA, not just the unique GLB's each individual CM serves. Seen as subject matter expert for assigned categories and key vendors in scope for those desks.
- Develop and Deliver Insightful Negotiation Themes: Synthesize data in Fact Packs/Omni Decks to yield insights/advanced analytical support to category teams. Identify opportunities and champion leverage for growth, investment optimization and savings.
- Sharing Best Practices: Train and upskill/on-board new A Brands associates. Transfer knowledge and expertise to other team members.
- System Expertise: Leverage all systems (DSS, PowerBI, Circana, etc) efficiently and effectively to identify opportunities and insights to advance the financial results of ADUSA.
- Process Improvement: Continue to refine our Ways of Working in service of pushing organization to think differently about how to engage the CPG's to optimize our outcomes. Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and productive within own team and broader Sourcing organization.

Qualifications:
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis until the end of their appointment
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and related work experience.
- 6+ years of related project management, sourcing, negotiating, category, or vendor management experience
- Mastery of financial components of our business (e.g P&L and the implications of Sourcing
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, etc.), with the ability to utilize advanced functions and features effectively
- Leads sourcing and negotiation initiatives while managing projects and facilitating change management to drive successful outcomes
Preferred:
- Presentation skills (both developing & delivering)
- Demonstrated facilitation skills over multiple media types (video conferences, TEAMS, Skype, conference calls, in-person meetings, etc.) with varying size groups (typically 5-25)
