Senior Analyst, Analytics Ops, Marketing and Communications
Job Summary:
In this role, you will help drive the operational excellence of our analytics function – partnering with stakeholders across the organization to improve how analytics work is prioritized, delivered, governed, and adopted. You will identify opportunities to enhance team effectiveness, streamline processes, improve documentation, and ensure analytics resources are aligned to the highest-impact business priorities.
Will interface with stakeholders across all levels, and we need to feel comfortable in your ability to influence and organize others through their communication. Need someone with the skillset of technical project management with a bend towards analytics and data governance.
Experience with web analytics and data governance required.
Job Responsibilities:
-Support critical reporting workstreams for organization-level and executive-level reporting, particularly related to Marketing’s impact on institutional demand.
-Help facilitate the rollout of our organization-wide measurement framework; including the enablement of teams to document and measure projects according to our standards.
-Monitor and report on performance for various aspects of our work; using data visualization, decks, and other forms of communication.
-Work with Analytics, IT, and Marketing stakeholders to help build, optimize, scale, and manage our Business Intelligence ecosystem.
-Collaborate with internal stakeholders and agency/vendor partners, ensuring your expertise and our collective Marketing Analytics perspective shines through.
-Champion a hybrid “Service/Self-Service” analytics model within M&C – educating peers as you build solutions to help them.
-Manage workspaces, data refresh, dataflow creation, and the ongoing improvement of our data processing efficiency; including automation, where possible -Help to improve the taxonomy, process, and technical infrastructure that supports our data work across the organization.
Required Skills & Experience:
-Three (3) or more years of experience working in a Marketing Analytics role.
-A history of owning Analytics Operations processes, including project management, data governance, and process design.
-Experience with Airtable and/or similar tools for work management and process development.
-Experience with SQL and various downstream data applications (business intelligence, et al.). Experience with Microsoft PowerBI, Databricks, dbt, and/or Atlan.
-The ability to understand the context of data and how it can inform business analysis.
-Confidence in verbal and written communication, with the ability to synthesize sophisticated information and convey complex ideas in an accessible manner.
-An intrapreneurial mindset, seeking out ways to continuously improve both what is produced and how work gets done.

Bachelor’s degree or professional equivalent.
