Job Description

THE ROLE: Analyst, Revenue Research (Ad Effectiveness)

The Analyst, Revenue Research (Ad Effectiveness) supports the execution and analysis of cross-platform advertising effectiveness initiatives, helping quantify campaign impact and inform revenue-driving strategies through data-driven insights. This role works across the A+E Global Media portfolio to deliver measurement solutions spanning brand lift, behavioral outcomes, sales attribution, and social/branded partnership performance.

In close partnership with sales and partnerships teams, the Analyst contributes to both planned and ad hoc analyses, translating complex campaign and audience data into clear, actionable insights that support client strategy and business growth. The role leverages a combination of syndicated data sources (e.g., Nielsen, GfK MRI, Resonate) and custom research methodologies to develop a comprehensive view of performance and opportunity.

MORE ABOUT WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Support the execution of cross-platform ad effectiveness and measurement initiatives, contributing across all phases of research, including:

  • Assist in the design and execution of custom ad effectiveness studies including methodology development and survey design
  • Partner with internal teams and external vendors to manage study setup, fielding, and delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Support campaign measurement through tagging, monitoring, and troubleshooting to maintain data integrity across platforms
  • Analyze campaign performance across linear, digital, and social channels — including branded content and social partnership activations — to evaluate brand lift, engagement, audience interaction, and behavioral outcomes
  • Support measurement and reporting for social and branded content partnerships, helping evaluate campaign effectiveness, audience engagement, amplification, and partner ROI across platform ecosystems
  • Synthesize data from multiple sources (e.g., syndicated tools, custom studies, attribution partners) to develop a holistic view of campaign performance
  • Contribute to the development of client-facing deliverables, including executive summaries, recaps, and presentation materials
  • Assist in evaluating measurement partners and methodologies to ensure best-in-class research approaches
  • Collaborate with sales stakeholders to respond to ad hoc requests, delivering insights that support client strategy and revenue growth
  • Build proficiency across key research and measurement platforms (e.g., Nielsen, MRI, Resonate, attribution and brand lift tools)

WHAT YOU’LL LEARN:

In this role, you will gain hands-on experience executing sophisticated ad effectiveness and attribution studies across A+E’s cross-platform media ecosystem. You will develop a deep understanding of modern measurement frameworks, learning how to connect audience exposure to brand impact and real-world behavior, and how to transform complex data into strategic narratives that influence client decisions and business outcomes. You will also gain visibility into how insights power advertising sales strategy, partnership development, and revenue growth, while building strong cross-functional relationships within a large, dynamic media organization.

BASIC REQUREMENENTS: Analyst, Revenue Research (Ad Effectiveness)
