Overview
The Analyst, Benefits Delivery is responsible for supporting the delivery and administration of Mastercard's benefits and wellbeing programs across Canada, Puerto Rico, and the United States. This role manages the operational and administrative components of North America benefits plans and partners closely with key stakeholders-including GBSC (Global Business Solutions Center), Payroll, TPRM (Third Party Risk Management), People & Capability Technology, Legal, and other internal teams-to ensure programs are executed accurately, compliantly, and on time.
This is an exciting opportunity to drive impact within a growing Total Rewards team at Mastercard.Responsibilities• Deliver benefit programs end to end for Canada and Puerto Rico, and support select U.S. programs, including but not limited to: Core Life Insurance, AD&D, BTA, Personal/Excess Liability, Long Term Care, Executive Health Physicals, Corporate Athletic Program, Fitness Reimbursement, Critical Illness, Hospital Indemnity, ID Theft & Legal, Auto & Home, Short and Long Term Disability.• Manage relationships with benefit vendors, including onboarding, ongoing performance monitoring, and coordination with Third Party Risk Management.• Partner with GBSC HR to support ongoing program administration, ensuring smooth and timely delivery of local programs.• Provide analytical support for Benefits Delivery initiatives, cyclical processes, and ad hoc requests across the North America region.• Support the development and distribution of benefits communications, including drafting, editing, preparing distribution lists, and executing delivery.• Draft and edit content for Mastercard's internal intranet site and submit updates to maintain accurate and accessible benefits information.• Respond to escalated employee inquiries from GBSC with clarity, empathy, and accuracy.• Support TPRM activities and partner with the TPRM team to resolve open compliance issues.• Mediate claim issues between employees and vendors, escalating concerns as appropriate.• Maintain benefits related data and tables within Mastercard's HR systems and databases.• Assist with the implementation of new benefits tools, technology, or processes.• Review and negotiate vendor contracts in partnership with your leader, Sourcing, and Legal teams.
