At Prizeout, we’re redefining how people engage with their money through smarter, data-driven rewards. We’re looking for curious, analytical builders who love turning complex, messy data into meaningful insights that drive loyalty and better financial outcomes. We keep the user at the center of every decision and we value humility, curiosity, and ownership.
About This Role
As an Analytics Manager at Prizeout, you’ll partner closely with Product, Engineering, Merchant, and Financial Institution teams to bring clarity to ambiguous problems and turn data into strategic advantage. You’ll build analytical frameworks, uncover actionable insights, and develop tools that inform product decisions and business growth.
This is a high-impact role for someone who can function both as a strategic thinker who coaches and elevates others as well as a hands-on analyst who can independently execute high-value projects.
What You’ll Do
- Lead analytical initiatives that deepen understanding of user, partner, and merchant behavior
- Build models, frameworks, and segmentation tools to surface insights hidden in rich transaction data
- Standardize measurement, establish KPIs, and create scalable reporting foundations
- Mentor and guide a growing analytics team while remaining a strong individual contributor
- Develop expertise in Prizeout’s marketplace mechanics, reward logic, and optimization algorithms
- Transform raw data into dashboards, reporting suites, and narrative insights for leadership
- Partner cross-functionally to evaluate product experiments, measure marketing performance, and support go-to-market strategies
- Work cross-functionally to operationalize analytical outputs into core experiences
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years in quantitative analytics, data science, or similar data-driven roles
- Experience in data mining, cohort analysis, experimentation, and advanced quantitative methods (statistics, ML familiarity a plus)
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, BI tools (Tableau, Looker, or similar), and Excel
- Track record of independently managing complex analytical projects from discovery to delivery
- Strong communicator with the ability to turn data into compelling narratives and influence decisions
- Player-coach mindset: strong contributor and mentor, with demonstrated leadership potential
- Comfort navigating ambiguity, structuring open-ended problems, and creating clarity from noise
- Must be able to work 2-3 days/week in our NYC office.
- Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time.
Please note:
The expected salary range for this position is $145,000-$165,000, plus an equity component.
Prizeout is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, national origin, genetics, disability, age, or veteran status.
